FCTI Trades Terms
FCTI Trades is intended only for authorized Southwest Airlines Flight Crew Training Instructors. By using this system, you confirm that you are a Southwest Airlines Flight Crew Training Instructor and that you will not use scripts, bots, automation, scraping tools, browser manipulation, reverse engineering, or any other electronic means to manipulate, interfere with, or otherwise view the Power Trader system outside normal authorized use.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FCTI Trades, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, or if you are not an authorized Flight Crew Training Instructor for Southwest Airlines, you may not use this system.
Authorized Use
You agree to use FCTI Trades only for legitimate instructor scheduling, trade, notification, and related training workflow purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your verification credentials, profile information, and access to your device.
Prohibited Conduct
- You may not attempt to access data, pages, systems, or functions for which you are not authorized.
- You may not use automated tools, crawlers, scripts, browser automation, request manipulation, or similar electronic methods to alter, inspect, overload, or bypass the normal operation of FCTI Trades or the Power Trader system.
- You may not impersonate another instructor, share verification codes, or use another instructor's employee ID, email address, or profile information.
- You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of FCTI Trades without written permission.
No Employment or Company Representation
FCTI Trades is a workflow support tool. Unless separately and expressly stated in writing, it is not an official employment record system, payroll system, or corporate representation by Southwest Airlines.
Accuracy and Availability
FCTI Trades is provided as a convenience tool. We work to keep the system accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all data will always be current. You remain responsible for verifying any schedule, trade, training, or notification information through the appropriate official channels.
Communications
By using FCTI Trades, you may receive verification codes, operational notices, and optional notifications by email based on your profile settings.
Privacy and Cookies
FCTI Trades may collect information needed to verify identity, operate the service, provide notifications, maintain security, and improve reliability. Cookie use is described in the Cookie Policy.
Termination of Access
Access may be suspended or removed if we believe these terms have been violated, if continued access creates a security or operational risk, or if the user is no longer authorized to use the system.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FCTI Trades after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
